Is this a new form of exercise?
~ No. And yes. The strength and alignment you re-member in my practice, are based on natural grounding and increased awareness of the WAY your body functions, instead of potentially harmful repetitions. With the LEAST EFFORT POSSIBLE we find MORE EFFECTIVE WAYS to move and rest.
We also work with the nervous system to overcome destructive patterns, resulting from chronic, unconscious tensions.
This will over time, and sometimes even within one single session, give you more energy and ease in any type of exercise you already do, or motivate you to gently start, because there is no pressure, but focus on ease. We find natural flexibility and coordination and an increased ability to create our individual dynamic balance no matter what. Your posture will improve.
